ADAPTATION OF CABINETS FOR BELMATIC MACHINES

Complete replacement of guidance and control electronics for "BELMATIK" machines. Microprocessor controller is being placed with 48 digital inputs, 24 digital outputs and LCD display with 2 rows with 16 characters. During this replacement, temperature control is intact and is independent of controller unit.

This is one of the most common repairs, until now it was done in more than 20 machines.

Factory "30 JULI - Kumanovo"

On the picture is given one of the biggest machines for plastic "BELMATIK 1250" which is controlled by ELAB controller.

Using "ELAB" controllers, 10 more plastic blowing machines were adapted.

EMO - Makedonski Brod

In this compamy, 8 machines "BELMATIC" with different sizes and functions were adapted. 2 of them were bakelit blowing with degassing process.

EUROPLASTIKA - Prilep

Plastic blowing machine, "BELMATIK 250", was adapted using different type of cabinet which includes the controller and other necessary electric components.

Hi-Tech Corporation - Skopje

Automatization of galvanization line with 53 tubs was done, for chemical processing, galvanization with copper and galvanization with pewter. Simultaneously 5 frames can be processed with separate process for every frame. In the same time optimization of the crane movement in done.

Because of the complexity of the process, in this case control is done by a PC computer, which is connected to standard input/output card thru a interface.

Manual commands and crane position is processed thru input cards, and thru output card the crane movement is controlled. In addition to electronic part for control, a complete electrical cabinet was manufactured

COMPOSITE MATERIAL MIXER

This unit containes two cilindrical tubs that spin independently, and inside them are mixers which homogenize the material inside the cilinders. Mixtures in the cilinders are mixed separately and later are transfered in one common cilinder where they are mixed together. Mechanics was done by "TABOS 66" from Kumanovo, and control is done by a single processor card from "ELAB" and display.

EXPOSSER FOR OFFSET PLATES

Contact copier machine for offset plates used in printing. Necessary contact between the base is accomplished by using a vacuum, and when it is reached, 3 KW UV reflecor is exposing the plates for a previus set time. Mechanics is done by "GRAFOTEHNIKA" from Kumanovo, and control is made by "ELAB", using only processor card and display.
